This website, artbeats.space, is run by Aleksei Andrushchenko, a sole trader registered in Spain with tax number (NIE) Y7671861H, trading as ArtBeats.Space, at Carrer de Sant Pere Més Alt, 54, 08003 Barcelona. You can write to us at info@artbeats.space. This notice meets article 10 of the Spanish Information Society Services Act (Ley 34/2002, LSSI-CE).

What this site is for

ArtBeats.Space is a gallery-shop showing handmade objects by makers we have visited in person. The website presents those makers and their pieces and tells you how to reach us. Using it means you accept these terms.

Buying a piece

Pieces are sold in the gallery. Online, each listing shows a price and a way to write to us about the piece. There is no cart and no online payment on this site; if we add them, these terms will be updated first.

Prices

Prices are in euros and include VAT. They cover the maker’s time and leave room for a living; we do not run sales, discounts or countdowns.

Makers and their work

Every piece is made by the person named on its page. Photographs show the real object or one from the same small batch; since the work is handmade, the piece you receive can differ slightly from the one photographed. Availability can change without notice.

Texts, photographs and names

The texts, photographs and design of this site belong to ArtBeats.Space or to the makers, who let us use them. The names of the makers and their brands belong to them. You may look at this site and share links to it, but not copy or reuse its contents without written permission.

Liability

We keep the site accurate and available as far as we reasonably can, but we cannot promise that it is free of errors or interruptions. We are not responsible for the content of other websites we link to, such as Google Maps or Instagram. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms follow Spanish law. If you are a consumer, any dispute goes to the courts of your own place of residence, as the law provides; otherwise to the courts of Barcelona. If you have a complaint, write to us first and we will try to settle it directly.

Languages

These terms are published in English, Spanish and Catalan. If the versions differ, the Spanish text prevails.
