Who is responsible
The data controller is Aleksei Andrushchenko, sole trader, NIE Y7671861H, trading as ArtBeats.Space, Carrer de Sant Pere Més Alt, 54, 08003 Barcelona. For anything about your data, write to info@artbeats.space.
What data we handle
This site has no accounts, no newsletter, no analytics and no advertising. The only personal data it handles is what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address and your message. If you write to us by email, phone or Instagram, we handle the details you give us the same way.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also records standard server logs (IP address, requested page, browser type and time) to keep the site running and secure. We do not use them to identify you.
When you start filling in a form, the page loads Google reCAPTCHA, which tells people from bots. From that moment Google receives your IP address, your browser and how you moved on the page, and gives us back a score for the send. Nothing reaches Google before you touch a form, and the score is all we see.
Why, and on what basis
- To answer your message and, if you ask, to keep talking about a piece, a visit or an event. Legal basis: your consent, given when you tick the box and send the form (article 6.1.a of the GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us; this does not affect what was done before.
- To keep the site secure and working, through the server logs. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a safe website (article 6.1.f of the GDPR).
- To keep the forms free of automated spam, through Google reCAPTCHA. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a mailbox that stays usable (article 6.1.f of the GDPR).
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling or automated decisions, and we do not sell it.
Who receives it
Your message passes through four service providers that process it on our behalf:
- Web3Forms, a form-to-email service that forwards the form to our mailbox (privacy policy at web3forms.com/privacy). It may process data outside the European Economic Area; where it does, the safeguards provided for in the GDPR apply.
- Zoho Mail, which hosts our mailbox info@artbeats.space. Zoho stores the mail of its European customers in data centres in the European Union.
- Cloudflare, which serves the site and keeps the server logs. Cloudflare transfers data under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
- Google, whose reCAPTCHA checks the form against automated abuse (privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy, terms at policies.google.com/terms). Google transfers data under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
We do not share your data with anyone else, unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your message and our reply for up to twelve months after our last exchange, then delete them. Server logs are kept by Cloudflare for a short time according to its own policy.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to limit or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to info@artbeats.space; we answer within one month. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), at www.aepd.es, if you think we have not handled your data properly.
Minors
The contact form is meant for people aged 14 or over. If you are younger, ask a parent or guardian to write to us.
Changes
We may update this policy when the site or its services change; the date at the top says when. Questions: info@artbeats.space.
