Cookie policy

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser to recognise you on your next visit. Under Spanish law (article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE) a site must ask before setting cookies that are not needed for it to work.

Cookies set by this site

None of its own. The site is static: it has no login, no cart, no analytics, no advertising and no embedded videos or maps, so it stores nothing in your browser. The one cookie that can appear comes from Google, and only if you use one of our forms; the section below says which. That is why you see no cookie banner.

Cookies from our hosting provider

The site is served by Cloudflare. With the settings we use, Cloudflare sets no cookies either. Some Cloudflare security features, if we ever turned them on, would set technical cookies such as __cf_bm, cf_clearance or _cfuvid to tell people from bots; they would be strictly necessary and last from a few minutes to a day. We would update this page before enabling any of them.

The check on the forms

When you start filling in the contact form or a piece enquiry, the page loads Google reCAPTCHA v3, which tells people from bots. Google may then set its _GRECAPTCHA cookie, on its own domain and not on artbeats.space, and keep it for about six months; it serves the anti-spam check and no advertising. Nothing loads from Google until you touch a form, so a visit that uses none sets nothing at all. We treat that cookie as strictly necessary to protect a form you chose to use, which is why the site still shows no consent banner. What Google does with the data is in its privacy policy.

Other websites

Sending the contact form takes you briefly to Web3Forms and back. Links to Google Maps and Instagram open on their own pages, where their own cookie policies apply. None of them sets cookies on artbeats.space.

How to control cookies

Every browser lets you see, block and delete cookies in its settings, usually under “Privacy”. Since this site sets none of its own, those settings only reach the Google cookie described above.

Changes

If we ever add a service that sets cookies, this page will say which ones, why and for how long before it goes live, and the site will ask for your consent where the law requires it. Questions: info@artbeats.space.
